Following our excursion to marks & spencer two weeks ago, tom thought that we should learn to make sushi ourselves. He went out and got all the supplies: sticky rice, rice vinegar, seaweed sheets, a sushi mat and a tube of wasabi. Earlier this week, I came home and found a plate of delicious vegetarian sushi waiting for me on the table.

It seems so gourmet but it’s actually quite easy to make! or so he says… I’ve never actually tried to make it myself.

The way to a girl’s heart is definitely through her stomach.
