New developments in our house include a baby who rolls over from back to front (!), a big girl who turned three a month ago (!!) and a thesis that was submitted to the examiners last week (!!!).

I feel like all this requires some celebration, so we’re planning a mini-holiday to Tofino next week, and I’ve posted the pictures of Bea’s birthday celebrations on Flickr.

Claire is celebrating her newly developed ability to roll by turning herself onto her belly every time I put her down on her back. I’ll try to capture this event in a little video…she looks so incredibly pleased with herself every time she manages this feat.
