I got a lonely planet guide to Buenos Aries today, and they included some local jokes so travellers can get a taste for the humour of the place. This one was my favourite:
“How does an Argentine commit suicide?”
“He jumps off his ego.”

It’s windy and rainy here. I got a great new pair of jeans. I’m still writing my novel, but I’m slowing down a bit on the daily word count. Up to 12,065 at the moment. I think that the most recent bits have gotten very boring, and I’m having some trouble thinking up interesting situations and dialogue. I need a thread to pull on, something that will start to ravel on and on.
