Yesterday I was sitting at my desk working away when the big-boss came over and stopped beside my desk. What’s this? I thought, and wrapped up the call I was on. “We just had a meeting with the team leaders,” he said, “and we asked them to name their two top performers. You were named, and I just wanted to thank you for all the hard work.”
