christmas
so, we found out when our stuff is going to arrive…
The ship is scheduled to arrive in Thamesport (london) in three weeks. And tom called the port and asked them how long they thought it would take to get from london to cork, and they said it would be another week. So, we should have our stuff by November.
And the whole time we were packing, we said to ourselves “when we open these boxes again, it will be like christmas!” Now, it will be more like christmas by the time we get it all unpacked and set up.
At least we know it is on it’s way
In other news, I am still on the mad job-hunting kick. except now I am looking at it like being an opportunity farmer. I sow seeds, write letters, network with my neighbour (who works for a hotel in town that I want to work for), and hope that something sprouts from all my labours. I can see some shoots poking up (I have another interview for friday! yay!) and I am encouraged to keep going by all this…
