some highlights from my first performance review at work:

- pleasant telephone manner

- calm and methodical approach to work

- retains knowledge well

- needs to focus on listening skills, closing the call & using call structure techniques

- confidence in decision making will develop with time & experience

- performance/results oriented and anxious to continue training

sort of sums it all up, really. I feel a bit like a kid with a report card…

This weekend is St. Patricks’s day, which means it is a bank holiday weekend. I went shopping after work, and the shops are madness. I’ve got all next week off for holidays too, and we are thinking of travelling a bit through ireland…maybe go to kerry, up to galway, maybe to dingle. (yes, dingle. we will dangle in dingle And after that, it’s only a few weeks till easter, and then we’re into may and nayana & somiah are going to come and visit, and then it’s june and that means wedding anniversaries and going to amsterdam to meet dwayne, and visiting with my parents, and SUMMER! I love spring it gives me so much to look forward to…
